1. What types of lighting products does Dorivora offer?

Dorivora offers chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, and related lighting products. Product-specific information is provided on individual product pages so you can review the available details before ordering.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders require 2–5 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 6–14 business days in transit.

The total estimated delivery timeframe is 8–19 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, and Dorivora's order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5).

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
3. How much does shipping cost, and will I receive tracking?

Dorivora provides free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States.

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow the available shipment updates.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?

You may request a return within 30 days from delivery. Exchanges are also available for eligible products.

Return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and there is no restocking fee.

Please contact info@dorivora.com before sending an item back. If your request is approved, Dorivora will provide the applicable return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our Operating Address unless specifically instructed to do so as part of your approved return instructions.
5. When will I receive my refund, and can I cancel an order?

After a returned item is received, inspection takes 1–3 business days. Following inspection and approval, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Order cancellation is available before shipment. If you would like to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@dorivora.com.
