Order handling and shipping follow Dorivora's published shipping terms. The order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-5), handling time is 2–5 business days, transit time is 6–14 business days, and the total estimated delivery time is 8–19 business days.
Dorivora offers free standard shipping within the United States.
Returns and Refunds
Dorivora accepts return requests within 30 days from delivery.
Approved returned items are inspected within 1–3 business days after receipt. After inspection and approval, eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges are available for eligible products, return shipping is free for approved returns and exchanges, and Dorivora does not charge a restocking fee.
